The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all areas adult students will need to be proficient in when taking the GED exam, including reading, math, science, social studies, and writing; responsible for instruction, assessment, paperwork, student recruitment and retention. Prior knowledge of the GED test and National External Diploma Program (NEDP) are beneficial. NYS teaching certification required. Candidates with prior adult education experience will be considered.
