GI Faculty MemberTexas Tech University Health Sciences Center-LubbockrnThe Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Department of Internal Medicine (TTUHSC) is seeking applicants for the position of academic GI physician at the assistant or associate professor level. The successful candidate must be BC in Internal Medicine and BE/BC in GI. Advanced endoscopic training is a plus. The candidate should have exemplary team spirit, collegiality, and a commitment to teaching Internal Medicine residents and medical students. The successful candidate will work in affiliate hospitals of TTUHSC. The position consists of inpatient, outpatient, and procedural work. rnMentorship of faculty to grow in their careers and fulfill their personal and academic goals is a commitment of the Chair and senior faculty, who have a strong track record of helping newer members seamlessly join the team. The department works with the TTUHSC Clinical Research Institute to provide extensive support for faculty developing careers in clinical and outcomes research.
