Led by the Vice President, the Program Management Integration Transformation team, is responsible for large scale integration programs, including program risks, performance status, reporting and resolution plans.
The VP will lead the process for planning and driving multiple programs from initiation through realization, on time and within program budget. This includes acquiring and managing resources and holding accountable the team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver programs according to plan.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and executive leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable, measurable integration programs
Identify, scope and prioritize strategically-aligned programs and accurately assess and makes decisions about the programs, providing creative ideas and suggestions
Assemble a strong program management team
Develop key metrics to track the functional integration teams’ performance
Ensure appropriate program and project governance is in place (e.g. project steering committee, change control board and provide regular updates to the Executive Leadership
Deals effectively with ambiguous requirements and uncertain environments
Develops executive level presentations and reports

Required Master’s or Post Graduate Degree
Required Minimum Experience
15 years’ experience leading large scale, complex projects and programs
10 years proven ability to assemble, advise, evaluate, restructure and coach project/program teams in complex environment
10 years Change Management and Leadership experience
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
