Environmental Science Full Time Faculty

Profile

The Science, Engineering and Technology Division is seeking an outstanding faculty member to teach environmental science and general biology lecture and lab classes, develop curriculum, engage and advise students and manage the environmental science program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence that includes an ability to incorporate innovative strategies and integrate technology appropriately into their teaching. Applicants must be willing to teach day and/or evening courses. This faculty member will also engage in general college responsibilities within and outside the division.
Requirements:
The position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science or Biological Sciences and college level teaching experience.
Teach lecture and lab classes.
Advise students.
Develop curriculum and participate in program assessment.
Coordinate with full time and adjunct faculty.
Participate in division and general college activities.
