Program Coordinator II
to join their team. This position will be responsible for coordinating various planning and operational efforts for online programs run through **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s (UM) UMOnline program and/or are part of an Online Program Management (OPM) external vendor partnership. This position reports to the Director of Online Learning/ Online Education Manager, and serves as an intermediary with faculty, school-specific units, central University offices, and external vendors to coordinate high quality online programs consistent with the UM brand and standards.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Working with campus stakeholders such as the Registrar’s Office, Undergraduate Admissions, the Graduate School, Business Services, and Financial Aid, in identifying operational needs and setting up new processes to support new online program launches
Evaluating administrative processes for online education to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and value for stakeholders
Providing administrative support to OPM partnership staff in navigating university processes and problem solving as needed
Working closely with AVPIOL and Distance Education Director (as well as OPM staff) on collecting labor market data and coordinating financial preforms
Scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders throughout the planning, launch, and sustainability phases of online program processes
Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, timelines, and action items
Working with campus stakeholders and external OPM vendors to process, track, and document various UM credential requests (NET-IDs, e-mail addresses, learning management system (LMS) access, application access, and Banner configuration)
Setting up FERPA training for OPM staff and tracking completion
Working closely with UMOnline leadership and OPM to ensure compliance of state and federal regulations of online programming
