We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Team Leader to join the University’s Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Business Professional Services team. You will be managing a team dedicated to supporting the Plymouth Intsitute of Education enabling our next generation of student teachers. You will liaise with our students, academics and our partner schools to ensure each student is supported to enhance their placement experience. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work in an ever-changing busy environment. You will work in partnership with our placement schools dealing with queries from students and academic staff and be flexible to problem solve and seek process improvements as you work. Experience of working in an education environment would be beneficial. The role is based on the main University of Plymouth campus and we can offer flexible working arrangements to enable an enhanced work/life balance.In addition, we offer continued development within the role and across the Faculty to support you and the whole professional service team to deliver excellence and continuous improvement across our service. The Faculty Professional Services team is responsible for providing a customer-focused, high quality academic administration to students, academic staff and external partners within a culture that combines collegiality and a dedication to excellence.
