Assistant Professor
position as the
Director of the Radiologic Technology Program
in the Allied Health Professions Department. The Program Director has teaching responsibilities and will oversee programmatic functions.
The successful candidate will be a Radiologic Technologist currently registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist and licensed in the state of Montana. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required with five (5) years of clinical experience in multiple modalities and a minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience.
The Program Director will:
Implement the program mission, goals, and objectives into the curriculum.
Conduct on-going program assessment and develop plans to improve didactic and clinical education.
Teach program courses both face to face and online.
Maintain current knowledge of the diagnostic imaging profession and educational methodologies.
Ensure that units of instruction follow syllabi, which clearly state measurable objectives, student activities, learning resources, time allotment, grading criteria, and student evaluation methods.
Organize and assign teaching workload for various classes and clinical oversight in consultation with the Administration.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with regional allied health leadership, medical centers, affiliated clinical facilities, partners and the community.
Maintain membership and act as the liaison for MSRT and ASRT.

Position Details
Position is Faculty, 1.0 FTE, Academic year (10 months), and includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package

Salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year commensurate with qualifications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required with five (5) years clinical experience in multiple modalities and a minimum of two (2) years teaching experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, alumni, employers, faculty, and staff.
Ability to work and solve problems collaboratively and maintain a sense of cordiality in the workplace.
Exceptional organizational skills.
