**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a licensed educational administrator who is equity focused, possesses deep instructional knowledge and is results oriented as it relates to improved instructional practices and evidenced in student achievement. The Executive Director of Leadership & Learning is responsible for all aspects of curriculum and school leadership programming including ELL and GT programming. Guided by the principles of the Iowa Standards for School Leaders (ISSL), the school leadership framework, and the district’s vision, mission, and goals, the Executive Director of Leadership & Learning will supervise and support Directors in the department.
Successful candidates for this position will possess:
Master’s Degree with emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction or Leadership
Iowa Administrative Certification with evaluator approval
Highly Qualified candidates for this position will possess:
Specialist or Doctorate Degree

Salary Range
for this position:
$105,394 to $134.430
This represents the minimum to mid-point of the salary range. Candidates offered employment will be compensated based on skills, work experience and education.
Position is 260 day calendar / 8 hours a day. Start date is July 2022.
