The Vice President drives accountability and progress on core operations and performance management.  Designs integrated operations platform for new organization while ensuring ongoing clinical integrity.  Reports on progress to the office of CEO and other Stakeholders.
 
Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and executive leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable, measurable integration programs, ensures integrity of clinical services in healthcare delivery with a standard of continuous improvement
Maintains operations momentum and achieves performance improvement results
Brings together an operations leadership team with a national cohesive structure and operating platform for the new entity to assure effective and efficient operating performance
Identify, scope and prioritize strategically-aligned programs and accurately assess and makes decisions about the programs, providing creative ideas and suggestions
Develop key metrics to track the functional integration teams’ performance 
Ensure appropriate program and project governance is in place
Deals effectively with ambiguous requirements and uncertain environments
Develops executive level presentations and reports','!*!
Required Education


Required Master’s or Post Graduate Degree
 
Required Minimum Experience


10-15 years’ experience in hospital system operations
Excellent strategic thinking skills and demonstrated resource management
Proven ability in analytics and an in-depth understanding and technical knowledge of the administrative and operations aspects of healthcare functions and facilities, including human, legal, risk management, legislative, regulatory, technological, fiscal and customer aspects of patient care
10 years Change Management and Leadership experience
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proven ability in advising all levels of senior management; experience with presentations to executives; board level presence experience required.
