The Emory University School of Medicine, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, is recruiting a full-time Epidemiologist/Health Services Researcher. The position will hold a rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position will be within the Division of Research and will work closely with faculty members across several clinical divisions. Duties and Responsibilities: In partnership with other faculty members, develop a comprehensive research strategy to address women’s health issues using a health services research approach and epidemiologic tools. Develop an independently funded research portfolio. Participate in the supervision and training of faculty, fellows, residents, medical students and other students. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a doctoral degree. Candidates should have demonstrated excellence in scholarship as evidenced by high-quality peer-reviewed publications and a high likelihood of governmental funding in the near future.
