HCC offers accounting courses to students who hold a bachelor’s degree. These accounting classes can qualify students for candidacy for the Uniform CPA Examination as provided by the Maryland Board of Public Accountancy.
We are seeking qualified faculty to teach accounting courses and prepare students to advance to candidacy for the CPA Exam. Teaching positions are open for Auditing, Intermediate and Advanced Accounting, and Governmental and Not-for-Profit Accounting. We offer the latest technology for classroom and hybrid/online instruction. We are seeking faculty who will focus on quality teaching, integrate technology into courses, and demonstrate continued professional accounting education.
Requirements:
Required: An active CPA license and Master’s degree.
Preferred: Experience teaching upper level accounting courses; experience teaching hybrid/online classes; and knowledge of current CPA Exam content.
