Job Description:
The successful candidate for Program Data Analyst and Academic Coordinator will be responsible for providing direct program data analysis and administrative support as part of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Physician Assistant Program. The coordinator works collaboratively with program faculty and performs data retrieval, compilation, analysis, and tracking and/or reporting of data to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and drive process improvement.
The coordinator will assist the Director of Didactic Education with the scheduling, management, and logistics of classroom and simulation operations. Prior experience in simulation is not required as the program is willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
Administering student surveys, data retrieval, compilation, analysis, and tracking and/or reporting of program data for accreditation, University Academic Program Review, College of Health Professions' assessment, NECHE, and CT OHE reporting requirements.
Assist faculty in conducting trend analysis, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and performance metrics with the use of data software.
Timely reporting to organize and implement multiple types of data are essential for meeting accreditation standards and requirements.
Organize and maintain records in CAE LearningSpace, ExamSoft, CASPA and EXXAT.
Support the Admissions Committee through data retrieval and compilation
Simulation Operations Support (Simulation experience preferred by not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate)
Ensure the instructional media equipment such as video cameras, multimedia computer systems, and audio and video systems, are functional at all times.

Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills Needed:
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience Required: Minimum Experience Required: 1-year minimum experience in Information Technology and or higher education experience preferred. Knowledge of data and analytics, proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel) applications, ability to troubleshoot computer AV hardware and software, basic medical terminology would be helpful but not required. Willing to train the qualified candidate in simulation operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
