The Computer Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., San Luis Obispo, is seeking part-time lecturer positions during the 2021-2022 academic year. Part-time appointments are made from a pool of accepted applicants, as determined by need, and contingent on funding. Responsibilities include teaching computer engineering courses, such as digital design, computer architecture, embedded systems, and others.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, with multiple years of applicable industry experience, or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field. Demonstrated experience and commitment to student-centered learning and teaching, as well as the ability to collaboratively work in multidisciplinary settings is required. Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral use of the English language is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
University teaching experience.
Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The person holding this position is considered a 'mandated reporter' under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment.
