JOB OVERVIEW
Serve as the functional expert for the Admissions Client Resource Management (CRM) system and is responsible for the setup, maintenance, reporting, and integrity of enrollment systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Identify and implement new or unused features in order to achieve the system's maximum potential. *Build customized dashboards, provide daily/weekly standard analytical reports needed as well as ad-hoc report requests, and research and provide analytic support to key decision makers for feedback and improvement of recruitment strategies. *Configure CRM modules, rules, workflows, tables, forms, fields to systematize business processes *Integrate CRM management into admissions enrollment goals such as application review and marketing strategies. *Ensure that the system reflects current organization structure and procedures including all user access and permissions *Serve as the primary owner of all data and monitor data integrity of prospect and applicant records and the effective transfer of information to university systems *Train all new CRM users and more experienced users when there are changes in features, improvements or policies. *Collaborate and cooperate with team members and university stakeholders, representing the department as an effective partner. Serve as the point of contact for individual CRM questions. *Troubleshoot individual issues that arise with student records, events, forms, etc. for various users. *May plan, implement and monitor integrations with both internal university and external systems as needed. *May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). *Perform related duties based on departmental need.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
*Five (5) years of related experience. *Supervision experience. *Experience working within a CRM.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED
*Two (2) years of experience working with the Slate CRM. *Experience with the import and export of data. *Experience working within a CRM in higher education. *Experience creating and reviewing internal communications concerning the CRM and it's related processes.

*Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
