Director, Academic Success Center
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President for Academic Affairs & Workforce Development, the Academic Success Center (ASC) Director is responsible for implementing student success solutions, including the operation of the ASC in accordance with the policies and procedures of the College and the North Carolina Community College System.

****Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree in Education or related area from an accredited college and university preferred.
Educational experience with tutoring or teaching adult learners, experience with ESL leaners, and supervisory experience are all preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be available to work day and evening hours when needed.
Must be computer literate.
Salary
Hiring Range – Minimum to Midpoint ($3,099 – 3,874/monthly)
