Our Employment & Training program is looking for an ESL teacher to provide multi-level standards-based instruction, incorporating best practices in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, considering each student's unique assessments, strengths/needs.  Complete Intake assessment and paperwork.  Evaluate students via pre- and post-tests.  Implement contextualized lessons based on College and Career-Readiness Standards.  Our program considers the whole individual, connecting individuals with other agency and community provider resources as needed.  We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic teacher who aspires to motivate students by using not only a person-centered approach, but incorporates a variety of instructional strategies - dialogues, role-play, working in pairs, small groups, one-on-one, etc.  Connect students with various websites and software designed to promote learning.  Maintain portfolios of student work.  
Educational requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 10 years of adult education experience with English Language Learners.
Must be proficient in both in-person and remote learning technology and strategies.
