The Faculty of Science & Engineering is seeking applications from highly motivated, well-organised and proactive administrators for the post of Senior Support Administrator within the School of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics. You will play a key role by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for the School Management Team and co-ordinating the administrative support within the School. Promoting a customer service culture, you will thrive in a varied and fast paced role. The key skills and qualities of a Senior Support Administrator: Excellent organisation and people management skills Experience of supporting senior staff Strong IT / Microsoft Office skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility and customer centricity Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently Strong communication skills Ability to scrutinise existing processes and practices, contributing to service improvements Please demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria outlined in the knowledge, qualifications, training and experience elements of the job description in your supporting statement.
