Special Education Lead Teacher
Description
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Special Education Lead Teacher position at Preble High School beginning with the 2021-22 school year. This position is not a classroom assignment, rather a full-release position that provides academic and behavioral support for teachers and for students identified as having special education needs. The Lead Teacher serves as a liaison between District leadership and school administration. We are seeking candidates who have had successful teaching experience in their area of special education certification.



Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree and Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Special Education Certification, grades 9-12

Experience: Three (3) Years of Successful Teaching Experience



Qualifications Desired:
Experience: Desire to provide leadership in educating students with disabilities
