Position Description
Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.
Major/Essential Functions
Coordinates and schedules the initial intake of the patient by communicating with parents/guardians, school counselor, and CATR-TCHATT clinician. This position is responsible for assisting with gathering necessary forms and authorization for the initial intake. The program Coordinator is responsible for checking various platforms (e.g., Adobe Sign, Trayt, fax) to gather the intake information for the initial appointment. This position is responsible for scheduling all group therapy sessions. The Patient Navigator works collaboratively performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and facilitation duties to support the Student Services division. Communicates with parents/guardians as the front line for the delivery of services. Anticipates and resolves problems; updates and reschedules appointments as needed. Distributes information to appropriate clinician and disseminates necessary information for scheduled appointments.
*Assists in gathering all appropriate forms and consent
*Assists with checking all platforms for appropriate authorizations and distributing to CATR-TCHATT clinicians.
*Coordinates and schedules group sessions and communication of appointment times to parents/guardians, CATR-TCHATT clinicians, and school counselors.
*Assists with scheduling and rescheduling appointments when needed.
*Tracks communication among parents, school counselors and CATR-TCHATT clinicians for initial appointments.
Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Detail oriented, effective communication, result focused and accountable.
