is seeking a Campus Director with multiple locations available. As an SCI Campus Director, you will be an integral part of the team committed to providing students with the skills they need to succeed in today's workforce. Our institution is dedicated to connecting employers to students in new ways, creating graduates who are in immediate demand with fully developed skills from Day 1.
As a Campus Director, you will lead and manage the operations of our campuses, ensuring that the highest level of education is provided to each student. You will handle the day-to-day functions of the campus by overseeing faculty and staff, managing budgets and finances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. You will also have the opportunity to work with the team to create and implement new programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage faculty and staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies
Develop, manage, and monitor the campus budget and financials
Work with students to create individualized education plans tailored to their career goals
Work with employer partners to develop and implement customized training programs to meet their workforce needs
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the community and fourth estate
Develop and implement strategies to retain students
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education Management or related field required; Master's degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in higher education management
Proven track record of energetic leadership, accomplishments and vision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in budget management and financial analysis
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
