This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at advancing the educational goals of Splunku2019s community.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive community education marketing plan to increase customer engagement and loyalty.u00A0Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create onboarding, adoption and educational content that meets the needs of the community and supports Splunk customers in their journey with Splunk.Own the overall program GTM, channels and methods of reach to new users working closely with our programs team.Create and curate engaging content for community channels.Always have a finger on the pulse: analyze metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Collaborate with the community team to create education opportunities for online and in-person community events.u00A0Track and report on community education marketing performance and provide insights to inform future initiatives.u00A0Create and maintain a content calendar that clearly communicates the content pipeline.u00A0Manage publication of all blog and knowledge content across Splunku2019s community platforms.u00A0Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or a related field. Understanding of product suites, user personas and community channels is a plus.5 years of experience in community marketing, with a strong understanding of product, solutions and use case-focused content development.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Proven experience creating and executing successful end-to-end marketing campaigns.Ability to report and analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.Experience with community management software and social media management tools.Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of Splunk's products and the technology industry is a plus.Note: Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles.
