General Description of Position:
Class will be taught at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday beginning February 14 - May 3. The class runs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. All Curriculum and materials will be provided.
Major Responsibilities:
CCMA Instructor Responsibilities:
• Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty with approved materials.
• Track student attendance and grades.
• Implement and adhere to all Ivy Tech policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
CCMA Instructor Requirements:
• At least Seven years of Medical work experience.
• Hold a current license/registry which is verifiable within the state of campus location.
• RN, LPN, or CMA.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate the ability to teach from an established standardized curriculum.
• Experience with Phlebotomy and EKG’s
