Teacher/Head Boys' Cross Country Coach - 2022-2023
QUALIFICATIONS:



Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized, accredited college or university;

Eligible for a valid Texas teacher certificate appropriate for teaching assignment;

General knowledge of coaching techniques and strategies;

Knowledge of University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules and regulations;

A minimum of four (4) years of coaching experience in a formal educational setting preferred;

Experience as a coach in more than one sport preferred;

Demonstrates leadership in working with diverse students, staff, families, and communities.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
