Tutor me for Virtual Machine Configuration
I have VMWARE esxi vSphere 6.7 installed on a stand alone dedicated local computer.
I need help configuring the network to be able to assign local IPs so each VM I configure has its own IP. Id like to create a step by step word or text file to refer to. Including necessary firewall settings for VM(s).
I have a some what understanding of how to do, but something Im doing is wrong or missing. I believe this should only take a few minutes to see my problem.
I installed CentOS but cannot get the IP config working. Please see images showing my current config. Also to show me your actually reading this by starting our your reply to Henry Allen.
When I go to install a new VM only the VM Network port group is showing up, and not the VM2 Network

and Im trying to make the CentOS install be @ 192.18.0.205.
