This role
This is an outstanding development opportunity for a talented individual who wishes to advance excellent and innovative education. We are seeking an individual to be part of the interprofessional leadership team for the accredited MSc Advanced Clinical Practice programme an established and highly evaluated programme. The MSc Advanced Clinical Practice supports healthcare professionals to progress to senior practice roles online with the NHS England Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice by providing skills and knowledge around the four pillars of advanced practice. 
The focus of the role is to deliver outstanding education with a focus on the Advanced Assessment and Applied Pathophysiology modules on the ACP programme. The Advanced Assessment module runs three times each year to a multi-disciplinary cohort and for those are interested it is also delivered as part of our partnership with Ngee Academy, Singapore. The successful candidate will also be pivotal in the support of advanced skills development and education in the pre-registration UG and PG curriculums. 
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who can make a distinctive contribution, bridge theory and practice, and drive forward collaborative sustainable high quality and impactful education. We encourage applications from a range of disciplines including, but not limited to, paramedics, pharmacists, physiotherapists, nurses and midwives. You should have excellent teaching and communication skills, able to inspire and inform students and be a working clinically in an advanced practice role.

Contract type
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract  pending successful completion of probation (3 years) The post-holder is required to actively participate in academic performance development review (PDR) annually. This will be an Academic Education Pathway contract which is 80% teaching.  
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent. However, we offer flexibility for part-time working, for example those who want to maintain their clinical practice.
