Job Summaryu00A0The eLearning Specialist is responsible for developing engaging learning experiences for the application and custom client material when needed. In addition to understanding adult learning and instructional design principles, the position requires the ability to demonstrate project management and technical skills within various software programs. The specialist is an expert of all training documentation programs and processes.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with eLearning Team, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement medium to highly complex learning programs (i.e., simulations, knowledge checks, mobile learning, micro-learning, web-based trainings)Interface with Enterprise clients to discuss documentation offerings and customizations as needed.u00A0Design and expand new training programs based on the needs of the client.Work with subject matter experts to develop storyboards with learning objectives, ensure that the proposed content and delivery format supports those objectives, and is appropriate for the intended audience.Organize content and learning activities to create multimedia content to produce compelling, interactive learning experiences.Conduct research and apply knowledge of industry trends to determine use of innovative ideas.Write scripts, take screen shots, facilitate voice recordings, and edit videos to create a polished final product.Participate in agile team processes for training material creation and maintenanceReview existing content for accuracy and make updates to content as the product evolves.Continuously strive to enhance personal training skill set to maintain innovative training solutions.u00A0Requirementsu00A0Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent working experience required; college degree preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in learning & development or a training roleWorking knowledge of financial advisory services is a plusWorking knowledge of Learning Management Systemsu00A0Working knowledge of Articulate Rise and Camtasiau00A0Working technical knowledge of CSS and basic HTML editingu00A0Skillsu00A0Effective communication skills: verbal/written/presentationAbility to speak clearly, concisely and effectively; as well as listen and understand information and ideas as presented verballyHighly motivated, self-starter that can work proactively with minimal supervisionStrong independent judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and deliver them on timeStrong organizational skills and time management skillsMust have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization (technical and non-technical)Working knowledge of agile methodology is a plusu00A0The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $82,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.u00A0 This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
