Profile

: Preucil School of Music, founded in 1975, is a nonprofit community music school known internationally for excellence in music education. The Suzuki philosophy is the basis for the curriculum which includes lessons, group classes, chamber music, orchestra, theory, preschool and Music Together.
Duties
: 37-week term with optional 7-week summer term. Full time (18 hrs/wk) guaranteed for first year. Weekly private lessons and group classes with an opportunity to coach chamber music or conduct an orchestra. Attend school activities, recitals, department meetings and complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
: BM in Violin Performance. MM in Suzuki Pedagogy preferred. Registered Suzuki training through Book 4, with agreement to complete through Book 10. Team player and good communication required. A teaching/performance video will be requested after initial resume is reviewed.
Salary
: Commensurate with experience, education, training and location. Benefit information upon request.
