The Clinical Analytics Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of mission critical clinical quality Clinical Analytic (CA) solutions and manages programs to ensure budget, schedule, scope, and performance requirements. He/she is responsible for the CA infrastructure (Budget, Resource Management, Administration) and vendor relationships and works closely with sponsors, process owners, CA team members, vendors and subject matter experts to coordinate and facilitate project completion.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Manages CA daily operations to achieve hundreds of project commitments and provides problem resolution. An example is a complex problem that involves a facility that is new to the system but doesn’t want to migrate to the CHI standard for quality reporting. This position without direct authority must work with the new facility to provide education and cultural transformation to a new paradigm using the CHI single source of truth for quality reporting.
Prepare and execute program plans to align the program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and CA standards. Ensures appropriate program and project governance is in place and trains market quality leaders on CA tools such as the Analytic Portal.
Responsible for reporting program status, identifying risks and issues to existing steering and/or governance committees, providing recommendations to leadership for consideration on program structure, optimization, prioritization and timeline.
Proactively identifies, analyzes, and manages project risks and issues. Devises and implements effective strategies and contingency plans to mitigate and resolve issues.
Develops, manages, and evaluates capital and operating budgets for assigned projects; in depth development of projected costs; manages utilization of operational and capital funds, based upon the project budget; tracks, monitors and approves expenditures.
Provides CA Vice President with advanced administrative leadership with Human Resource, calendaring, expense reporting and travel functions.','!*!Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of office management experience
Expertise in Office Software Applications
Minimum 5 years' experience in Coordinator/Project Management role
