Job Summary
The Operations Associate serves as the primary point of contact in the Office of the Registrar for students, parents, faculty, and staff. The incumbent responds to requests for information and assistance regarding all aspects of student registration and academic records, and performs routine registration actions on behalf of students. The Operations Associate processes all transcript requests in accordance with FERPA regulation.
Minimum Qualifications
High School/Equivalent with 2 or more years of related experience
Experience in the customer service area by with phone, email and/or in-person contact
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
University experience in a student service related office setting preferred
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requires excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal
skills
Requires proficiency with an database software applications Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office (word, excel, Outlook)
Ability to foster team spirit in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
