Description:
The Admissions Processor is a member of the team responsible for managing all admissions documents and files for students from the point of application until enrollment or cancellation and serving as the key contact for enrollment recruitment teams. The Admissions Processor provides assistance with the daily operations of the office and provides exceptional customer service to prospective students, visitors, and the campus community via telephone, email and in-person contact
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience required. • Education: Minimum of an associate degree is required. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Leadership Skills: Organizational ability and proven ability to work with, as well as lead, others • Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software, as needed • Ability to maintain confidentiality according to applicable laws.
