Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of two-year-old children, following the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. curriculum.
Design and implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and safe learning environment.
Provide daily feedback to parents regarding their child's development and progress.
Work collaboratively with the classroom team to ensure that all aspects of the daily routine are effectively implemented.
Monitor and evaluate children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing individualised learning plans.
Adhere to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s policies and procedures, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behaviour, and progress.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
At least a High School Diploma. Ideal Candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience working in an early childhood classroom
Knowledge and understanding of Early Years curriculums, particularly for two-year-old children.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Passionate about creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
