Continuing Professional Education Program Assistant

Profile

Supports the Nursing and Allied Health Division in both Contracts and Open Enrollment. Assists supervisor with course implementation and provides general support for the unit. Colleague related responsibilities include course entry, instructor contracts, invoicing, and purchasing. Processes appropriate documents regarding new contractual and temporary/hourly adjunct and staff and processes contracts for payment. Responsible for checking the Nursing Lab for instructional readiness, assists with clinical placements, and scheduling student testing.
Requirements:
H.S. diploma; Associates degree preferred
At least two years of experience in an office environment requiring excellent technical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
