Duties
: Teach private lessons and group classes as needed
Teach both traditional and Suzuki students if desired
Possible advanced students, chamber music coaching
Days may be somewhat flexible, depending on teacher schedule, our needs, and room availability
Qualifications
: Suzuki registered through Book 2 minimum (higher preferred)
8 -10 years professional teaching experience
Enthusiasm, sense of humor, on the spot creativity
Strong performance skills and credits
Commitment to continued growth as teacher and musician
Willingness to be part of a team
Salary
: Hourly rate: Private lessons $53.50, chamber music $58.25, group classes $64. Recitals and events are also paid. Attendance/makeup policies emphasize respect for teachers’ time and professionalism, and are firmly upheld.
