Salary range: $37,000-$42,000 per year
, based on experience, education and credentials. Bonus potential.
Daycare Director Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
Oversee the implementation of our curriculum.
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and the community.
Requirements
Minimum of an Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
At least one year of previous management experience.
Proficient computer skills in a variety of business related programs, including Microsoft Office.
