Job Description:
Part-time, year-round position to perform various clerical, cashiering, faculty assistance, building monitoring, and other duties at the Lake Placid Center.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains a cordial, friendly, courteous attitude to all college staff, students, potential students, and community.
Responsible for the administration and scoring of PERT, TABE, FCLE, ATI Teas, and instructor tests and providing scores to the Testing/Assessment Center, Tutoring and Learning Center (TLC), and the high school guidance office. Maintains an inventory of test booklets and answer sheets.
Responsible for registrations using the Banner system, including but not limited to the following programs: Academics, Community Education, Continuing Workforce Education, and Basic Driver Improvement.
Responsible for cashiering duties, including posting payments for registrations, books, fines, test fees, room rentals, etc., together with end-of-the-day cash reporting recorded in the Banner system.

$13.75 (approximately 28 hrs/wk)
