Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School is seeking an experienced Middle and Upper School French Teacher (Grades 7-12) to teach all levels of French (Advanced Placement included) for the school year. This candidate will possess near-native to native fluency in French, have a conferred Master’s degree within French, and have previous teaching experience. We are currently accepting applications for both full- and part-time French Teacher positions. The ideal candidate will also: possess a commitment to using a variety of pedagogical approaches in the classroom; have experience utilizing Google Classroom; be familiar with the Vista Higher Learning platform; and demonstrate a commitment to building cultural fluency in students, which may include participation in a language club and/or international trips. All faculty and staff of Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School must commit to educating by the values articulated in the Goals and Criteria for Sacred Heart Schools in the United States-Canada.
