This is an exciting chance to join a progressive and cutting-edge University in a beautiful location, where you can really make a difference as part of the Student Recruitment Campaigns Team. As the Student Recruitment Campaigns Team Leader, under the direction of the Student Recruitment Campaigns and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) communication campaigns. You will have the opportunity to influence potential students in making a well-informed higher education choice. This is a varied and challenging role, providing you with the chance to work on projects for student recruitment activities, including customer relationship management (CRM), advertising, e-marketing and social media, whilst developing and maintaining a breadth of skills to support flexible deployment as required. You will need to be an organised, innovative leader able to manage busy work periods and inspire your team to deliver on student recruitment objectives as well as develop new initiatives to engage our target market. You will also need relevant experience working with CRM and within a marketing environment, with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
