and oncology services. Our medical staff of about 500 physicians includes more
than 45 specialties. Many of our physicians have offices on or near the

patient care while offering compassion and comfort in our modern facility.We are hiring a Director of Education to join our leadership team!

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Accountable
and responsible for all departmental activities to ensure integration of
education services on a hospital-wide basis, utilizing adult learning
principles. Provides effective leadership that supports the mission, vision and
strategic plan of the organization. Manages department operations to include
staff productivity, resource utilization and expense management to achieve
maximum financial performance.

of NursingCurrent TN RN licensure ACLS, PALS, BLS required;
instructor status preferredPrevious clinical experience Master’s Degree (Nursing
preferred)
