Education Services - Authorized Learning Partner Coordinator (ALP) Description:Reporting into Splunk’s Operations Manager, the Education Services ALP Coordinator will interact daily with the Education Ecosystem & Strategy Managers and team, as well as directly with Authorized Learning Partners. This is a high-energy position in a global company that requires someone who is quick to pick up new skills and can work well with colleagues and customers around the world. The ideal candidate is someone who loves operational excellence and efficiency, can quickly locate information, troubleshoot problems or roadblocks, and swiftly identify solutions with a customer-service mindset - all with a smile on their face!Essential Functions:Day-to-day operations queries, class registrations and payment managementRevenue management from an accounts payable and accounts receivable perspectiveMaintain the qualified instructor database to ensure accurate tracking of our global instructor skills and competencies.Global quarterly and ad hoc report generation for programs in addition to the ALP programRespond to ALP internal day to day questions related to instructor qualifications as required and appropriate.Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables for the program including accounting, reports generation, operational support requests, and preparation of quarterly business reviews.Assist with ad hoc projects and program support as neededBe customer-success driven with a growth mindset approach and ability to problem-solve on your feet.Loves a challenge, with the ability to see “through the weeds” in order to smooth and automate processes to achieve simplicity.Responsibility and Interaction:Work with an international internal team as well as international learning partnersThis individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge, as well as work with the Program Manager, to solve complex problems and address business requirements.Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.Work effectively with all levels of staff from an individual contributor level and higher within the function. Work independently, as well as with part of a team as a proactive contributor to provide solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2 years work experience in coordinator, project management, or customer service roles, preferably in software or similar technical fieldHigh attention to detailDemonstrated experience with PO raising, P&L workings, revenue collectionStrong numeracy skills, attentive to detail and accuracy, and experience with reportingExcellent time-management skills and ability to work towards deadlinesSpecific experience coordinating training or services, or supporting enterprise software sales teams – past experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred Proficient with Google platform offerings and / or Microsoft Office suitesAbility to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and able to maintain a high level of productivity under stressful conditionsCapacity to learn multiple tasks, and move quickly among different procedures and processesSelf-starter, quick learner, well-organized, detail oriented, and professional demeanor with strong  organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilitiesStrong communication skills with business customers in email and by phoneAbility to represent Splunk effectively and appropriately with external audiences, specifically Splunk partnersDemonstrated experience at managing deliverables to project schedules on both an individual and team basis.Ability to work independently and as a team memberExcellent attention to detail and accuracy with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProven dependability and high regard for Splunk confidential informationAbility to meet quality, service and productivity metricsProficient with different web browsers and other online tools, and able to conduct quick and efficient web queriesSolid background with a variety of web-based desktop tools, including SaaS platforms such as SalesForce and Netsuite. Knowledge of Arriba systems a bonus
