General Description of Position:
The 1008/3E Grant Program Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of programming, and services to meet the needs of K-14 students and career advisors. Work collaboratively with 1008 Career Advisors, Skyepack and Greater Lafayette Commerce to successfully implement metrics tied to students, employers and school corporations. College outcomes and ensure services and products exceed customer and College expectations.
Design, assist in or assign the development of the career advisor training curriculum, programs, and services for students in grades 7-12.
Identify, hire, and manage appropriate staff for fulfillment of career advisor positions.
Work closely with the Executive Director, Ivy Career Link, Greater Lafayette Commerce, and Skyepack to ensure quality programming and collaboration in program development and future course offerings.
Coordinate with Executive Director, Ivy Career Link and grant partners and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of programs; for example, training of career advisors, participant handbook and program data entry, etc.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and maintained including utilizing the standard terms and conditions and statewide programs.
Ensure that arrangements are made for appropriate facilities, materials, and equipment necessary for the delivery of services.
Major Responsibilities:
Work with Marketing to create materials and market programs and services.
Work with areas of Ivy Career Link to ensure employer and student work and learn information is captured and recorded (e.g. employer and student evaluations).
Maintain records of projects and other student/employer information in customer (CRM) and student management system (e.g. Salesforce, Banner, contract CSM) to track and provide reports in a timely manner; including grades and certifications earned.
Establish, maintain, and cultivate positive, collaborative partnerships with employers and other key partners like Department of Workforce Development.
Participate in training and professional development as needed.
Responsible for monitoring the use of division funds for program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience in business, industry, training, or a related activity with financial acumen.
Must have two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Must possess an ability and a willingness to travel in the performance of assigned duties.
Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
