Provides advanced support of the Pharmacy Experiential Education program through coordination of clinical site locations used to provide required Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences in the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum. Responsibilities include site onboarding and compliance monitoring, initiation and maintenance of site contracts, student compliance monitoring, academic registration and grade reporting and support of co-curricular professional development requirements. 
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, work independently, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments as required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are mandatory. Proficiency with technology is essential. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in higher education, and/or working with contracts is desirable. 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments;
Management experience is a plus;
Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events;
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community;
Ability to lead and train staff and/or students;
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting procedures;
Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports;
Ability to function effectively as a team member, while exercising independent and critical judgment;
Ability to coordinate and prioritize work with multiple and conflicting demands in a deadline-oriented environment
