The Scheduled Resource Team is a nursing pool developed by CHI Health for flexible nurses, providing high quality care to patients across multiple nursing departments.How will my pay rate of pay for Scheduled Resource Team be determined? Your base rate, shift, weekend and holiday differentials are identical to full and part-time employees. Merit increases are given in an identical manner as for all core staff members. Because the Scheduled Resource Team is designed to value flexibility, anyone committed to a .6 or higher will earn premium differential pay in addition to normal differential pay.Premium Differential Pay:Day Shift, 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., earn an extra 10% Night Shift, 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., earn an extra 15% Scheduled Resource Team is for you, if you wish to:• Be rewarded for your flexibility in working in multiple nursing departments within a hospital.• Maximize your income by earning premium differential pay.

Job Summary / Essential Duties:• Responds to patient calls, anticipates patient needs, and assures patient safety and comfort through regular rounds, environmental maintenance and other appropriate safety measures.• Records vital signs and intake and output when requested into the patient record and/or computer. Reports any changes observed in the condition or behavior of patients and any unusual incidents/problems.• Performs nursing procedures which do not require the skill/knowledge or judgment of a licensed professional and which may be safely delegated in accordance with nursing policies and procedures. • Prepares and assists patients with meals. Feeds patients as directed. Distributes nourishments and drinking water.• Assures patient privacy while providing personal and routine care.• Establishes and maintains professional interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors, and other hospital personnel while assuring confidentiality of patient information.• Offers to assist co-workers and all team members to complete work assignments.• Participates in patient care conferences and contributes to planning patient care.','!*!QUALIFICATIONS:Required: Must be at least 16 years of age.Must have successfully completed the 75-hour state approved course for Nursing Assistant if hired into the Nursing Assistant position after April 30, 1998.Nurse Assistants must be on the Nurse Aide Registry of the State in which they work if hired into the Nursing Assistant position after April 30, 1998. BLS or BLS instructor certification is required upon hire.
