JOB OVERVIEW
Performs educational, budgetary, and clerical support for the Office of Equal Opportunity & Access.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Design/create and conduct seminars, classes, workshops or programs. *Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives. Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions and develop action steps for program improvement. *Develop, administer, and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports. *Provide clerical and operational support, frequently of a highly complex, compliance-based, and confidential nature, to Office of Equal Opportunity & Access staff. *Coordinate office meetings, space allocation, supply acquisition, budgetary processing, and records management, including service as a Concur delegate, making and processing travel and office expenses. *Assist in the administration of University affirmative action plans, including coordinating and facilitating search committee education, reviewing applicant data, and advising community partners on equal employment opportunity procedures. *Develop and implement marketing strategies, create strategic communications, and administer the construction, distribution, and management of office newsletters, websites, and other communications or outreach, as directed by leadership. *May assist in the supervision and development of student staff, including timekeeping, payroll, and fulfillment of assigned duties *Professionally greet, advise, and/or otherwise assist office patrons and guests, with confidentially and service excellence. *Perform related duties based on departmental need. REQUIRED EDUCATION
*Bachelor'sdegree *Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
*One (1) year of program coordination experience. *Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity within an organization, team, and/or campus environment.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED
*Demonstrated experience providing administrative, clerical, and operational support of a highly complex, compliance-based and confidential nature. *Demonstrated experience creating accessible, strategic communications, reports, websites, and other marketing communications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
*Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
