We are looking for an inspiring leader to oversee the management and strategy of UEA’s Outreach team. Our well-established Outreach team is responsible for widening access to higher education (HE) for groups under-represented and/or disadvantaged and building attainment and preparedness to succeed in Higher Education.
The Head of Outreach leads a core team of 21, as well as having operational oversight for 9 additional project and academic roles. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of a broad programme of outreach activity for key stage 2 through to mature students including mentoring, subject specific events, summer schools and schools liaison.
This exciting full-time, indefinite post is available from 9 May 2022 and will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
