Student Affairs at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking applications for the position of Coordinator, Student Programs - Student Organizations & AUinvolve. The Coordinator will report to the Assistant Director of Student Involvement for Student Governance and Student Organizations.
Essential Functions
-Providing oversight, guidance, and training opportunities for all ~500 registered student organizations;
-Serving as the primary contact to Anthology and managing Auburn's digital engagement platform, AUinvolve, as a resource for all internal and external stakeholders;
-Supervising a Graduate Assistant when available;
-Advising the student-run Organizations Board which manages organizations' status and funding;
-Ensuring compliance with all university and other relevant policies and procedures;
-Preparing and managing a budget;
-Participating in staff meetings and trainings while also serving on committees and other efforts for Student Affairs;
-Coordinating the annual Involvement Awards event; and other duties as assigned which may include supervising the Involvement Ambassadors team of students and managing student worker coverage of the Involvement front desk.

This position requires an applicant who is willing to work occasional late hours for student meetings, including occasional weekends for retreats.

-Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field such as Counseling, Student Personnel, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, or a similar field;
-Prior experience managing digital engagement platforms for Student Organizations;
-Prior experience in advising and developing students in a student-led environment;
-Experience in program planning and event management;
-Experience in budget planning and management;
-Commitment to the practice of open and effective communication with students, staff, and faculty to build and maintain collaborative relationships;
-A sincere desire to serve our students and the stakeholders of this position.
