Job Description
The J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute (Edson E I) within the Knowledge Enterprise is seeking a Program Coordinator Sr to join the Youth Entrepreneurship (YE) team. Under the direction and guidance of the Program Manager, you will lead in planning, directing, and reviewing the activities and operations of the grant-funded J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute (Edson E I), Verizon Innovative Learning Lab Program. Additionally, you will ensure that the goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished in accordance with priorities, time limitations, funding limitations, or other specifications. You will seek advisement and regularly report project status to the Program Manager.
This is a grant-funded position and is contingent on future grant funding.
Salary Range
$46,617 - $59,000 per year; DOE

Essential Duties
Strategic (10%)
Develop and sustain collaborative business relations with external partners including program delivery partners, school administration and others.
Forge and maintain powerful relationships with internal staff and faculty across Edson E I community in youth entrepreneurship programs.
Engage community stakeholders to share Verizon Innovative Learning Lab Program opportunities.
Programmatic (80%)
Process and Procedure
Develop and schedule a program work plan in accordance with specifications, objectives, and funding limitations; oversee daily operations and coordinate program activities from the work plan assigned staff; prioritize and execute work activities.
Support a portfolio of Verizon Innovative Learning Lab Programs in schools to meet programmatic objectives. Deliver, track, manage, and report on the progress of a population of Verizon Innovative Learning Lab Program participants.
Develop a process to gather and analyze data in order to identify iterative changes within programs.
Development, Delivery, and Implementation
Collaborate with YE team to develop and deliver virtual learning and engagement related projects for the Verizon Innovative Learning Lab Program.
Lead development and delivery of content at presentations, training, workshops, and professional development sessions with participating schools.
Identify, develop, and report process improvement for team scalability and sustainability to Program Manager.
Communication
Develop and facilitate workshops, meetings, or conferences with high impact on program and/or participants; coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of monthly collaboration calls with participating schools.
Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders on program activities, progress, status, and escalations.
Evaluation
Collaborate with YE team to evaluate program effectiveness and lead action for program development.
Collect and analyze data points to improve and grow the program.
Spearhead data collection and artifact collection from schools related to various programs and report to Program Manager.
Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and deepen relationships with partner teachers, staff, and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
Engage and represent Youth Entrepreneurship, Edson E I and ASU by serving on various department, unit, and university committees.
Gather, analyze, and formally report stakeholder data to internal team and supervisors as needed.
Curriculum
Create, develop, and revise curriculum utilizing emerging technology and instructional best practices.
Evaluate curriculum to continuously improve lessons.
Review and evaluate technology tools for integration into new or existing curriculum.
Report status updates to stakeholders.
Other (10%)
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND four years administrative/coordinate program experience; OR, Master's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND two years administrative/coordinate program experience; OR, Eight years of progressively responsible administrative/coordinate program experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of K12 education best practices.
Experience teaching in any K12 classroom (3 years).
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in STEM, ed tech, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of methods for supporting educators in a virtual environment.
Experience in a Title One school.
Demonstrated knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion.
Experience in planning, budgeting, implementing, and evaluating projects.
Working Environment
Work duties are performed in diverse settings including, ASU SkySong (Scottsdale, AZ), and various event/program locations.
Regular activities include the use of office equipment including a laptop computer; subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
May require a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate events, projects, and initiatives.
Travel to campus and partner locations will be required.
Requires the ability to quickly change priorities.
Will include regular review of tasks.
