The Center for Hospitality and Culinary Studies which us an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Accredited program is seeking adjunct instructors for employment in Baking and Pastries for the Spring, Summer and Fall terms.
Candidate must have strong instructional and leadership skills in the culinary field. He/ she should have the skill set to teach one or more of the following courses such as: International Breads, Plated Desserts, Baking and Pastries Showpieces and Cake Decoration and Candy Making. Adjunct instructors must also engage in general college responsibilities within and outside the Division.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of Associates degree in Culinary Arts from a reputed institute, be serve-safe and ACF chef level certified.
