Job Description
The coordinator for WIN is a part-time position within the Office of Leadership & Learning. The individual provides leadership development programs for WIN Mentees. He/she reports directly to and works closely with the Associate Director of Leadership & Learning in maintaining a community that provides a positive developmental experience for students and assist in the development of WIN mentees. This individual collaborates with community leaders who serves as mentors to effectively provide mentoring and professional development initiatives for mentees.

Conditions of Employment
Given the nature of the positions in Student Engagement & Enrollment Services that provide support to student services and/or student-centered programs, the employee occupying this position may be required to work during a university closing as directed by his or her supervisor. These instances may include working from a remote location (i.e. telework, etc.).
Working hours are 8am 5pm with some evening, and weekend events.
Hourly (wage) employees are restricted to working 29 hours per week on average or 1500 hours in total in the May 1 April 30 period. This position does not have health insurance, retirement or leave.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience and begins at $ - 16.96
