Assist in the coordination of all aspects of the ARCOM Clinical Education Program within the CHI St. Vincent-Hot Springs system. Liaison between hospital and ARCOM to facilitate ARCOM educational components with CHI St. Vincent-Hot Springs.
Responsibilities to include all of the following:
Assist gatherine date for required reporting or applications.
Assist administration and collection of information needed for ACGME application.
Develops and maintains relationships with physicians and staff in each clinical area that accepts Program graduates.
Maintains positive working relationships between CHI and ARCOM
Works with ARCOM in collaborative effort to establish GME program(s).
Meets as scheduled with other program staff to gather reporting material needed for ACGME application.
Understands ARCOM educational program, ACGME/AOA process, merging GME systems.
Utilizes tact and appropriate problem-solving process when dealing with issues identified.
Responds and adapts to changing expectations and reprioritizes as necessary to expedite Program needs.
Demonstrates good judgement in handling situations not covered by written or verbal instructions.
Cooperates with intradepartmental and organizational collaborative network.
Ability to organize complex applications and consistently be highly organized.
Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Other duties as assigned.','!*!Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education and experience.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Education, or related field or commensurate work experience preferred 2 years working in medical education coordination and familiar with ACGME.
