THE PROCESS  & CONDITIONS AS UNDER:WORK VISA of selected candidates will be sponsored by the usa employer.1. Subjects: Only Teachers who can teach Mathematics, Science and Special Education are needed. (No other subjects.)2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subjects - Mandatory3. Must have completed B.ED. (Bachelor of Education) - Mandatory4. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in recognized school5. Sufficient proficiency in English language. Fluency in English speaking and writing.6. Basic Computer knowledge.7. Valid passport.8. Selection of candidates would be finalized by February 20, 2022.9.  Each case would be filed with USCIS for inclusion in the Lottery during March, 2022.10. Selected Candidates list would be informed in April, 202211. Petitions for candidates, who are selected in the Lottery, would be filed for H-1B visa with USCIS - Approval for employment in US.12. Petition approval takes approx. 4 to 8 months. The effective approval start date would be earliest of October 1, 2022.13. Those approved for H-1B would be attending the visa interview at the US Consulate. Visa approved candidate's travel date to US would be informed.(It can be January, 2023 or August, 2023)
